These are some things I love today:
1. Steamed Salmon with Mango Peach Salsa
2. Spring Salad Greens (the slightly bitter ones) with a sweet vinaigrette and feta cheese. Yum!
3. Living in a home with colorful walls, not just an apartment completely engulfed in all things "eggshell"
4. Chocolate Chip Cookies and Hot Chocolate on a cold and stormy day!
5. Anything damask. I love damask. I want to have damask wallpaper somewhere in my house. Perhaps my bedroom??
6. Wearing bold lipstick colors (red, and a new plum color)

I made backed salmon with mango salsa (sans the peaches) last night for dinner...YUMMY! did I mention that my salsa was made by ME? :D that is one of my favourite meals...I also had fried corn and rice pilaf...so yummy!
