determination+ heart rate monitor= super effective workout

super effective workout = 5.25 miles in 73 minutes; 1 mile on 5% incline; 690 (approx.) calories burned; 10 mph sprints.

I can only hope the disappointment fully digests and works it's way out by the weigh-in tomorrow morning.
